We are a small retail operation. My wife, Linda, and I are the sole owners and operators of this web site. In tune with our idea of providing our customers with a quality product at an affordable price, we charge only the actual shipping charges incurred.
It has been our policy to date that we will not add a handling charge to the cost of shipping our products. We also do not currently charge for the materials used to box and pack the merchandise. If circumstances should change then we will post any additional charges for product shipment.
We endeavor to pack the merchandise in a way to make them postal proof. To date we have been highly successful at ensuring the safety of the product. That is why we often double box items if practicable.
Even though we try our best to package our products there is still a chance for breakage. We have a policy of all sales are final; there are no returns or exchanges. Therefore, all items will be insured at the buyer's expense and that fee will be part of the total cost. The insurance will cover the cost of the item exclusive of shipping charges and insurance fees. A receipt itemizing all charges will be mailed separately to the buyer.
Shipments are made to the fifty United States, FPO, APO and Canada. We use the U.S. Postal Service for most of our shipping requirements. However, United Parcel Service and Federal Express are optional means of shipment. Unfortunately, we are prohibited from shipping to Mexico due to the extraordinarily high shipping charges. We have not had any requests to ship to any other countries but we will endeavor to do so if practicable.
